Richard Richmond started consulting in April 2013 after leaving his role of Operations Director at Lombard Vehicle Management, a division of RBS. Richard had been approached by some of his suppliers to undertake consultancy projects to review areas of their existing businesses in need of update and consider new ideas from a customer’s perspective.
The business has continued to flourish with all enquiries and projects coming from recommendations and Richard’s network, which has developed over 30 years working in the retail automotive, daily rental and contract hire sectors.
Richard has a reputation for being refreshingly honest – objective, clear, pragmatic and outcome focused. He works with clients to diagnose and understand their businesses and formulate solutions to the challenges and opportunities they face; reviewing processes and working with the teams to highlight and prioritise areas for improvement – making sure key objectives are met.
